Attorney at Law in Cooperation

Ana Lučić Simonović is an Attorney at law in cooperation with the Law Office “Vuksanović & Kažić”, specializing in real estate, corporate, and data protection law.

She advises domestic and international clients on a broad range of matters, with a focus on investment and development projects, complex corporate transactions, and franchising agreements. Leveraging a deep understanding of the regulatory and legal framework governing foreign investments, she provides strategic and practical legal solutions to clients seeking to establish, structure, or expand their business presence in Montenegro.

Ana’s expertise also extends to the dynamic field of data protection and digital commerce law, where she regularly advises clients on compliance, privacy governance, and cross-border data issues. She closely follows developments in this rapidly evolving area and has conducted extensive academic research on the subject. Ana earned her Master’s degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Montenegro, with a thesis titled “Compensation for Damage in Cases of Violation of the Right to Personal Data Protection.”

In addition to her advisory work, she actively represents clients in civil and commercial disputes, as well as in white-collar crime proceedings, before Montenegrin courts and other competent authorities.

Ana holds an LL.B. from the Faculty of Law, University of Montenegro, and an LL.M. in International Commercial Law from Oxford Brookes University in Oxford, England, where she studied as a recipient of the Chevening Scholarship (2019/2020) — the UK Government’s distinguished international award recognizing academic and professional excellence. Her dissertation explored the legal framework and practical implications of franchising within Montenegro’s evolving business environment.

Before joining “Vuksanović & Kažić,” Ana gained extensive experience working with leading law firms and a notary office in Montenegro, where she developed a strong background in corporate, commercial, data protection, and contract law.
