Srdan Kažić

Srdan Kažić is a partner at the law office “Vuksanović & Kažić”. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade, where he also completed his master’s studies in environmental law. Before founding the office, he worked at the Basic Court in Podgorica, the High Court in Podgorica, the Commercial Court and the Administrative Court of Montenegro, where he gained comprehensive practice across a range of legal areas.
He has considerable experience advising international and regional investors on the realisation of their investments. He specialises in the legal and financial aspects of investments, construction and real estate transactions, as well as in criminal proceedings related to economic crime, including money laundering and financial investigations. His practice also covers representation before courts and state authorities, and support in complex transactions and regulatory proceedings.
Srdan is a member of the Bar Association of Montenegro.
