Stefan Dožić
Attorney at Law
Stefan Dožić is an attorney at law at the law office “Vuksanović & Kažić”. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Montenegro. Before joining the office, he worked at the Basic Court in Podgorica, the High Court in Podgorica, the Commercial Court and the Administrative Court of Montenegro, where he gained comprehensive practice across a range of legal areas.
He has attended numerous trainings and courses organised by the Council of Europe in the fields of criminal law, civil law and the protection of human rights.
Over his years of work within the Montenegrin judiciary, Stefan specialised in conducting civil proceedings. His narrower field of specialisation covers labour law, the law of obligations and property law.
He also has considerable experience in criminal law. He has specialised in proceedings concerning detention and other measures restricting the rights of the accused.
He passed the judicial and bar examinations in 2021.
He is a member of the Bar Association of Montenegro.
He speaks English.
